It served its purpose but I wish we had shopped around before choosing this place. The room was dirty, especially the floors. Burn holes and stains on the bedding and trash left over from a previous tenant. The air conditioner was loud and obnoxious while trying to sleep. We stayed 3 nights and there was no attempt by staff to do any housekeeping while we were there. We had to request fresh towels and trash bags. The outside trash cans were packed full and stayed that way for most of the time. It was obvious they only do the bare minimum. I will praise them for making the attempt to beautify the front property area with plants and flowers, and the pool looked clean. The front office was locked up tight and all business was done through a window slot. Thus NO coffee was offered at any time. The ice machine was also broken. Yes, the rooms were relatively clean, but hey hotel/motel rooms are supposed to be anyway, or at least the ones that are worth anything. They did help me out in a pinch when I needed something weekly, but nor before giving me the side eye contemplating whether they were renting to some riff raff. They weren't gonna rent to me at all until they realized that their prejudices almost made them miss out on over $400 for the week ($437.50 was the average cost per week for the 2 weeks that I stayed, you do the math) It was quiet, but that's easy when you weren't allowed to have visitors! This is a rather shabby motel, home to working men, with damage not always repaired. But it is clean, the owners are nice, the bed is very comfortable, and the shower is good. If you need an inexpensive place to stay and don't mind some second-hand furnishings and some wear and tear, it is a good place to stay. The price is right, and it is safe and clean. As in most budget motels, light bulbs are dim, so I suggest you bring some 100 watt (draws 25 watt) curly light bulbs. We stayed here on a weekly rate, and renewed it after the first week.
