If you are a woman don't take your husband with you to buy a new sled, although you may not end up w/ one otherwise. The salesman completely ignored me once her realized my husband was with me. Didn't want me to test ride the sled I was interested in because it was a turbo and looked to my husband for permission for a test ride after laughing when I told him that was the one I wanted to ride. Suggested more than once that maybe my husband could take the turbo and give me his sled and when I finally purchased the sled (not my husband) he decided to chat me up. To be fair, Doreen in the office and the gentleman behind the parts counter were very helpful and the dealership has a large selection of new and used sleds. Had the part needed for older polaris, Dave was friendly Doreen not so friendly reluctant to give receipt, had to ask we paid cash. Inquired about about used four wheeler. Asked about in house financing do not have financing when they do. Had finance company call up waited over two hours for reply. Reluctant to give her name. Asked about financing she tells me I do not know probally not. Asked her yes or no? Of course no. Went to another dealership out the door in half an hour.
