Mama Bears Restaurant — Restaurant in Jackman

Ridiculous, we called to make sure they were open and directly spoke to someone, who told us they were open till 11am. We drove over for breakfast got there approx 8:30am, got up to the door only to find it locked and the closed sign up, and everyone inside looking out like we were idiots! No sign telling what was going on nothing, went back to the car to call and see if there was a reason and could we wait, but no surprise no answer! They basically just gave us the middle finger, have a nice day. I know we weren't the only ones, as I saw other people trying to go in after us. We also tried to go there on Sunday which their hours state 6am to 11am, also not open and no explanation! Terrible treatment of customers, I do not reccomend to go here it's likely you won't be left in even if they are...

Was brought my breakfast but was wrong order. My friend not realizing it wasn’t our order started eating his. Turns out it belonged to another table and waitress took plate that had been on our table for a few minutes and then brought it to table it belonged to. Two other meals brought and not what if how I ordered my breakfast so since my friend was done I said I’m all set. Only 6 people in the restaurant do not sure why this waitress couldn’t get it right but perhaps if she stopped socializing and paid attention I may have gotten breakfast today. I reached out on messenger and was told basically we don’t care. I will never go back to this place and I definitely shouldn’t have tipped the waitress 20% for the wrong meal and my no meal just coffee. Worst breakfast experience...

The food was very good, the waitress though….. we walked in it was pretty dead she took our drink order said she would be right back for our food order then a party of 2 walked in followed by a party of 8 and then a party of 4…… she took their drink orders filled them took their food orders put those in and then came to take ours….. we spent over an hour and a half for breakfast! All of the parties that can in after us were served and had paid their bills by the time our food came out, we asked for our check and it took another 20 minutes until we finally just went to the bar and said we wanted to pay….. moral of the story if you are not a local you are not welcome here……ps….. there was poop all over the front of the...
