Sleds are fine. It's not clear on the website, but the 146in tracks are NOT studded, and never will be. The team did work quickly to get us more 137s from Bignham that are studded, after we arrived and saw our 146in sleds weren't studded. Icy conditions made that a sensible requirement. Kuddos to the team for that. The big gripe however... They attempted to charge us for damage to a sled accessory bag. We took the bags off and never used them. It was damage from a prior rider. Unfortunately, the employee was insisting we caused the damage. It was only after my brother asked if they had photos prior to us renting them, that the guy did look to find such photos, which showed the damage already existed. It's not okay to accuse and demand monetary compensation, unless your damn sure. Left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. We've rented for a week, every year for 5 years, often 4 sleds at a time. We're great clients. Maybe Greenville instead next...

This past week we rented a side by side from 201 PowerSports and it was overall a wonderful experience. Not only were they accommodating and professional but you can tell the gentleman truly cares for, and loves his business. He dropped of the side by side first thing in the morning, came from a few hours away to swap out the tire when we got a flat, and then had no problems when we requested to extend our use of it for another half a day.
