DO NOT USE US CELLULAR** they say if you inroll into auto pay and paperless billing that you'll get a discount on your bill so when you sign into your account and you try to put your card information in for auto pay it doesn't work. It states that I'm using numbers for the name and for 2 PAPERLESS BILLING it doesn't even give you the option online on your account .... Just a scamm if you ask me!!! My bill is higher than what they said it was going to be...

I went to US Cellular,to get their 39.95 home Internet service, sadly it was not it was over 75.00 a month, talked to them in person, about the price,they said it would not be expensive, it continues to be over 75.00,so I terminated my service with them, guess what, now I have to pay over 300.00 for the box, that I don't have, I returned it to them, will never trust this company again, in two payments,be aware about...

We had a wonderful experience switching our service to US Cellular with Sales Rep Danielle Wright. She spent a lot of time with us to make sure everything was taken care of. We are a family of 5 cell phones so it took time to get everything moved over.
