The store itself is definitely not the issue. It's more of an employee. She usually wears a backpack and has short dark hair. She is such a rude girl. I was in there not long ago and watched her interaction with an elderly customer. The Elderly lady told her to put her change towards another customers purchase. She huffs and puffs, rolls her eyes, and shoves it in the register. Never said anything about it. I just found it extremely rude. Then she wasn't very friendly with me or anyone else in line. Always a terrific store!! Due to this covid junk they are low on supplies, but trying their best to accommodate everyone. The employees are super nice and helpful all the time! Now this Dollars Tree, in Jacksboro Tennessee, is a smaller store so they will not have everything the bigger stores, like in Oak Ridge, has. So if you go there, Please be kind!! Since the old manager left, the store has empty shelves, very little seasonal if any. Its sad you have to drive to Oak Ridge to find anything.
