My experience at Bench Mark Therapy was one like no other. From the minute you walk into this office you do not feel like a patient, but more like a friend.

Hemal Patel and Elaine Ervin are Doctors of Physical Therapy and are so knowledgeable that by the time you leave your progress will be above and beyond your expectations. Thank you Hemal and Elaine for the most amazing four weeks at this facility as I have progressed beyond belief.

I had a decent experience as far as the therapy went. The nightmare started with the billing. I was told I did not owe anything then found out I owed $90 per visit. I was at $1000 by this point. I paid this off only to be sent to a collection agency based on their style of billing. They did not apply payment to the earlier visits and did not send me a bill reflecting that. I only received the collection notice. When I called the collection agency the CS rep said it was typical of this company. Benchmark Therapy. Where to start when it comes to how wonder the folks are down there. Each day I am down there I am always asked how I am doing. Never a moment that you go in there and someone is always smiling and laughing. I can’t speak for everyone but for me that makes therapy so much better to laugh and smile. Since I have been going to Benchmark each person that works with strives to help me get back to normal life after my knee injury.
