Subway — Restaurant in Jacksboro

I ordered 2 6" sandwiches off the build your own menu. A $5.69 ham sandwich, no cheese just olives and banana peppers and a meatball $5.79 with cheese jalapenos and tomatoes. I was overcharged. They charged me for the grand slam $6.79 and for the boss $7.59. The person behind the counter tried to tell me that's what they do now. No cheese and no pepperoni on the sandwiches we ordered but they charge you more. If you want to be overcharged for something you didn't order this is the place to go. So went in to Walmart ordered a sandwich and a salad Young Girl with black hair tried to hand my boyfriend a salad with no lettuce didn't ask if we wanted cheese on it ...told us she didn't have a lid ...and then handed us the food with no bag I went back in for the bag so there would be something over the salad for the ride home and it wouldn't get spilled everywhere ...looked like she hated her life didn't want to be there and was it thought somewhere else ...the I don't get paid enough for this job attitude and we have all worked fast food we know ...but if you hate it that much don't take it out on your coustmers put in your 2 weeks...

Very bad service!! Girl named Jordan and her friend was out of cheese, cucumbers, and then told another customer that they were out of mayonnaise. One girl wasn’t even wearing gloves. She made people wait while she talked on her cell phone while the other girl worked. After they got finish helping they both just walked outside. I ended up telling another customer that they weren’t in there. We both ended up leaving and they outside smoking an cigarette together. They got mad that we said something poor service!! I will never come back. Y’all to do something about your staff. Hell someone could...
