ETA: The conversation was on speaker phone in front of multiple other people. I also have records of the multiple back to back calls I declined from her. The initial phone call occurred at 6:22pm. I wasn't offered a refund until 7:25pm. Offering a refund after disrespecting, yelling at, and consistently calling your customer doesn't qualify as professionalism.
I contacted the owner, Tiffani regarding a service I had received from her salon. I was unhappy with the outcome and wanted to discuss solutions with her as well as let her know my personal experience as she was out of town. I was hoping either she would fix it, refund it, or assure me that this problem was a one time issue from this particular stylist and that I should feel comfortable allowing her to attempt fixing it without anticipating further mistakes. From the start of our conversation she was extremely rude with me saying things like "Well, what EXACTLY do you want me to do?" and "Well, if you had a problem with stylist's name why don't you call them and work it out, I am not sure why you're contacting ME." When I told her I assumed she would want to know what kind of work her stylist was doing with her business's name attached she said "She is just a seat renter. I've been in business a long time and what she does has nothing to do with my business." Eventually, the conversation escalated to a point that she was yelling at me, so I hung up the phone. She then began calling me over and over. I had to block her number. I can NOT believe an OWNER of a business acts this way! Once I blocked her, she texted her stylist who reached out to me, and, unlike her boss was very professional and understanding. I would've given her another chance in a heartbeat, but Tiffani's unprofessional actions obviously changed my mind. I will absolutely never be going back to this...
Read moreLove this beautiful town. The only place I will ever go to get my hair done by Brittany Ault ❣️ She saved my hair from 4 different people's mess. I had been to JC Penny's twice, and two more places that was not cheap at all and they destroyed my hair. NOT everyone's up to date on color,.it's not 1990. Hair changes like technology so make sure your hairdresser is up to date, has the knowledge on coloring 💯 Glad that I found mine. I don't even mind the hour drive to go get it done. It's a beautiful place, nice scenery, such a wonderful lovely town. They also have great clothes, shoes , bra's‼️ I even found two dresses on clearance for 10 each, a bra for 14 that I absolutely love. This wonderful place has a awesome owner. She is absolutely great. Only having been there one time I could see how she cares about her community, her customers, and her employees. I would recommend everyone to go here. Excited about my appointment today this pic was from November 12,. 2020( will post a new picture of today after my...
