Leitzels has always been good to me. I recently put in an order to have a customized 14k bar necklace with my grandfather's handwriting lasered on. For about 4 years I had been talking about doing this and finally made it happen. Trevor and Katelyn are the ones that helped me with the process. Katelyn helped me pick the necklace length, style and design. She was extremely patient with me and guided me through with ease. She gave me quotes on the laser engraving and sent me messages of the layout to make sure I liked the way it looked before it was set in stone to be engraved. She sent me a picture of the necklace when it was finished to let me know it's at the store waiting for me. The finished product brings me to tears. It was even more stunning in person! Everyone who works here is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful from the moment you walk in. They were able to resize my ring, replace/repair two damaged prongs and replace a missing diamond-all for less than $200! Granted the ring I have is not expensive, intricately designed, or extravagant and the diamonds are pretty small, but for the excellent customer service you get, you just can't go wrong with such a reasonable price and good work done by good people. They resized another ring I had several months ago and the service then was just as excellent as this time around with a short wait time to hand my special piece of jewelry back to me safe, sound, repaired pristinely and even CLEANED. Julianna is a gem and her coworkers are just as great! The staff knows their stuff and gets stuff done! I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for ring repairs in particular. What a wonderful store in our very own backyard. Stopped in looking for a gift for my 18 yr son to give to his girlfriend for Christmas. We were quickly greeted by Julianna who was knowledgeable, helpful and so very sweet. We were up front regarding a budget, and Julianna still treated us like we were there to make a huge purchase. With her guidance, we found what can only be described as the “perfect” gift. She listened to what we were thinking about getting and found a piece of jewelry that is nicer than his original plan and much more personal. There was never pressure to spend more, she kept to the budget and nailed it! I also found gifts for both my teenage daughters. And a suggestion for my husband. Who doesn’t need jewelry?!
