I do not recommend Andrea's! They have signs and printed on receipts no returns on SPECIAL ORDERS! I bought a dress off the rack for my baby. It was to big for her, we found another dress that fit somewhere else. They refused to take it back and referee to the no return on SPECIAL ORDERS sign. I showed them it clearly states SPECIAL ORDERS and says nothing about off the rack! They obviously have poor business if a dress cannot be returned. It would be an entirely different story if they had it posted no returns at all or if the sales person said so. She knew I was buying it without my daughter trying it on. I would have had her try it on or not have made...

This store had an AMAZING selection of dresses in all sizes. And the plus size dresses were just as stunning as the small sized dresses. My mom and my Daughter and I came from 4.5 hours away to this store did not disappoint. My daughter must have tried on a million dresses. All beautiful. The women helping us was as enthusiastic with the last dress as she was with the 1st. The customer service was nothing short of outstanding. I can't say enough how much I appreciated the time and effort from our sales associate. I HIGHLY recommend this store. Well worth the drive. Especially if your looking for something...

Sent my husband to have our son sized for shoes for a wedding. This is our first experience with this ordeal. About a week later, the store calls the bride to say we didn't pay. We drove back to the store and paid the amount we were told. The groom picked the shoes up, and again was told we hadn't paid. He was charged an additional $17. We paid $20. I was told the $20 would be refunded. Now.....if you have $20, and the cost of the actual rental is $17, wouldn't it just make sense to simply refund $3, rather than handle it the way you did? Or better yet, why not charge what you should have...
