Food Giant — Local services in Jackson

For a couple years the service has been getting worse. The main person is the mean lady in the office. Today I went in to get cigarettes, she was on register 2 talking with a coworker, I walked up told her what I needed and she just stared at me. After a few seconds, I started to leave, and she burst out laughing and said she was joking, I told her she was rude to me every time I came in.

I have a lot of blood, sweat and tears that I put in to this particular store. Now that I am not an employee, I hear everyone in the community say that the service level has fallen. I have told employees about this, as soon as I say "mean lady in the office" they all know who I'm talking about. This is a problem. I guess when I walk in, If I see her then I'll just leave and go to Walmart. It hurts...

Ordered an 8 pc Chicken and only received 6pcs. This was after asking the lady if there were 8 pieces in the bag bc it felt awful light, and she replied yes, that there were 8 pcs. Picked up some crescent rolls to go with it that cost me $5 and got them home and they were molded. The lady that checked me out was very rude. I even told her to have nice day bc I figured she must have had a bad day considering she didn't speak one word to me the entire time. Management could be more professional and knowledgeable. Was refused service with a 100% legit 100 dollar bill verified by 2 separate banks but store manager did not have knowledge of how to detect counterfeit bills. Ran through a machine that was not correct indicating it was counterfeit when it was just an older, 2006 , note that their machine could not detect. Made the experience less than pleasant and store managers attitude of ignorance just made things worse.
