Absolutely horrible customer service! They sell pulltab lottery tickets that you can only cash in that store but if you get a $299-$599 winner, they never have enough money in their register to pay it out. They will have you come back every couple of hours for days to cash it. You only have a certain amount time to cash the ticket, but they can NEVER just cash them. It’s a failure in the management of this store! Quit making them do cash drops or requiring them to have $420 in their registers at all time or at yeast give them access to the drop safe so they can easily pay for these tickets. Or if you are not making at least $600 a day in sales, then pull the machines out bc you cannot pay it out. Why is it a fight every single time here to get tickets cashed? It always takes DAYS to finally get our winnings! And a lot of wasted gas bc I’m told to “come back” every 2 hours just to be told, we are sorry, we don’t have enough to payout as they are counting more than enough in their registers to pay it out. I g it age begged my husband to not go back here again. It’s 2 minutes away from my home but I’d much rather get into my car and go to a gas station that’s...
Read moreA new employee at 7:30pm this evening was very rude. I asked to purchase a scratch off ticket and she said that she shut them down for the night. I asked if something was wrong and she said no that she just shut them down for the night and walked away. The only thing that aggravated me was the rude attitude, I don't know if she was having a bad day or what but their was only one other customer in there and she wasn't busy. That's the first time I've known anyone to shut down lottery that early unless they were closing early or something was wrong. I stop there every day and have for many many years. I left and went to your other gas station. I asked the nice gentleman if he was still selling lottery tickets. The very polite gentleman said yes and sold me a lottery ticket. There's my vent for my lifetime as I have never left a bad review...

It has nice new modern gas pumps, while retaining what has always been the businesses' calling card, great-tasting pizza, sandwiches and salads from the kitchen. One noticeable turn-off is that I often see the employees smoking in front of the store in plain view of customers and passers by on busy...
