Edit: I came back to amend my review. Well. The food is Delicious ( aside from cilantro in just about everything ). However, I most definitely do not recommend the pickup window. By all means, if you have time to check your orders accuracy and make extra trips through the line, then go for it. After the previous experience, we went back again to get the order remade. The manager did credit us for our order. I went back to order roughly the same thing. The order still had missing parts. The dine in option seems to be a different experience completely. Even the photos of other reviews on Google reviews shows food being served differently than what we have received from to attempts at a pick up order. I understand that there are often considerations made for carry out, but it's simple. I am paying for my meal to be at least close to what I see pictured. A build it youself meal, I could make that at home. So best of luck with future endeavors, but we will seek out other options.
ORIGINAL: This is a brand new restaurant in Jackson, Ohio. my first order today and won't recommend online ordering or pick up. Almost a $40 order for 2 taco salads, desert, and extra chips and salsa for lunch. The taco salads were meat only no veggies, unlike the website suggested. Desert was great. That's why I gave such a high rating, considering I still don't know what the food actually tastes like. When I delivered lunch to the family I discovered it's a build-it-yourself kind of meal, and most of the ingredients were missing. Including some paid for extras. I called to tell them the order was wrong and the customer service seemed confused as to how to handle a really botched order. I plan on returning to the store again to see if I can have the order remade. That way I can give them a fair rating. The food we did receive tasted wonderful. ( Meat in a crispy tortilla and desert ) Hopefully there is still room for improvement. I want to really like this place. It seemed pretty cool with good vibes, but we will see. I will try to update if things improve. PS If you aren't a fan of celantro avoid the salsa, it has a bunch in it. Maybe ask if they can...

Read moreTried for the first time on a Friday night.. My mistake. I had heard great things about it from a friend. The place is beautiful. We were seated quickly, service was super friendly! Food choices are plentiful and what we ordered was delish! My hubs got shrimp and chicken fajitas and I got the vegie quesadilla. The chips are made there and I got lucky with a few extra dark ones! I also enjoyed the guacamole as part of my appetizer with the salsa.. Also yummy! The best part was the peachy drink.. That's what it's called, too.. Soooo good! I could have drank a whole pitcher of that!!! The only things I didn't like were the noise and seated by a door 5hat was used for staff breaks. Music too loud and 2 birthdays while we were there which included marriachis, tambourine and a guitar and singing....the door being frequently opened let in lots of cold air and I was frozen to begin with. I would definitely go back but not on a Friday or Saturday night. Maybe I would only do lunch or afternoon in hopes of quieter atmosphere. I will also not be seated near any...
