Quite literally one of the most enjoyable experiences ever. I went in with the “just looking”mentality and ended up purchasing three permanent bracelets I’d been thinking about for over a year but just never took the time for myself to go and actually really check them out. There was zero pressure and Sam and the ladies in the shop were beyond kind and so helpful. We ended up talking about other events happening in my life that various pieces from their store would be perfect for. They took the time to get to know me and we genuinely laughed and had great conversation. Alison at Sam’s fine jewelry was hands down phenomenal to deal with. Early may I decided to have my late grandmother’s ring rebuilt, it was broken and dismantled. This was something sentimental and my mother and I had waited for some time to consider having done, because we were so scared to let the ring go into the hands of someone we did not know.
