Do not bring your dog here for grooming. This is the second time that I left simple instructions and they were not followed. We have a Havanese, and they cut his hair on his ears off down to the skin. I have had these dogs for 15 years and have never seen one's ears cut off to the skin. If it does not grow back, I will sue them. Once before they brought out a dog that was not mine, and insisted that it was. Trusting them, I started for home and had not gone a block before I realized that this was not my dog. This place used to be number one, but management has changed and it is sub standard for the high prices they charge. The original owner was one of my wife's customers at Maison Weiss. It was great back then, but they now have people who are not qualified to groom a dog as it should be for the breed. If I could post a picture of the dog on here, I would. Never going back there again. They would not even answer my call because they knew how upset I was. No excuse for incompetence at...

Do not bring your dog here for grooming. I left two simple instructions: pluck ear hair and leave eyebrows. They did neither. Furthermore, looks like they did a rush job. Took a chunk out of my dog's beard so that its uneven. Overall, generally sloppy job that I'm having to fix and even out myself. Instead of spending money here just buy clippers and do it yourself. That's what I have to do now anyways.... They have zero knowledge on how to cut certain breeds. I mean, they didn't...

I'm not a big "review" person but when I get so disappointed with the service, quality of work and poor customer relations, I just have to speak up so I can hopefully save others the headache. They totally chopped up and messed up our dogs hair and didn't bathe him. We provided a picture of what we wanted and they just shaved him down. Then said, "well there is nothing that can be done now with a it will grow back attitude." We will NEVER use this bad business again....
