Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Jackson

Well I was hoping for a no star button! First I will begin by saying this is the location by my home so my family eats here alot. Many times Ive had different things wrong with my food, from long hair in the rice, to green stuff on the mac & cheese, to under cook chicken, to hard brick biscuits! Many time my sister and I eat outside in are car so we are able to take the food right back in and show them the problem, They do be sincere and ask did we want to replace the food we had the problem with, But this Saturday my sister and I ate there We was told there was no mild chicken or tenders up so they had to drop some, We decided to wait, it was about 4pm when we ate are food there and left heading home. Well about 9 that night i started to have a stomach pain and diarrhea, Thur out the night I vomit and had to keep getting up going to the bathroom because of the diarrhea,, I had a high fever which cause me to sweat.... The next morning My sister knock on my door telling me she was sick all night as well with the same symptom,,,, That Sunday I was dealing with the same running back and forward to the bathroom, Couldnt even keep water down, I call the store Sunday and reported the problem the Manage took my information down and said the store Manger will contact me back, Its Tuesday And Ive yet to hear from anyone!!!! Please Please dont eat at this Popeyes on I55 in Jackson MS I would never want anyone to have the same thing happen to me to happen...

Ok, it's 9:15 pm and my family and I had been traveling for nearly 8 hours coming in from out of town. We are hungry and wanted to get a bite to eat before checking into our hotel room. We decided to go to the one on Interstate 55; we noticed that the drive through line was nearly in the street. We thought that because of the backed up line, we'd surely get fresh chicken. However, to our dismay, we noticed that the line WAS NOT MOVING. Fast-forward one hour later, only 2 vehicles had been serviced. Pathetic service. After watching several vehicles drive away we finally made it to the speaker to place our order. Waited another 10 minutes only to discover that there was no one to take my order. I drove up to the pay window and attempted to still try and order. It's now10:25. I attempted to place my order only to be told "All we have left" is. This unacceptable, especially with more than 40 minutes left before closing. I saw 3 employees in the store, however, only the drive through person was engaged in any type of customer service. One one offered any type of apology for this awful service. There is more but I must call the corporate office to request that the entire staff be retrained or terminated. If I could give 00...

I ordered online when I made it my order wasn't ready which was fine I knew it would be fresh I ordered a 12 pcs family spent $35. 1st the manager insulted my grandson who 6'4 285# he wanted to order a cheese cake she told him I'm going to help you out you don't need it and we don't have any. When I made it home I only had 8pcs of chicken I'm heated now I have to go back to I-55 location where other customers are also upset and bringing back orders. The MOD snatched my receipt out of my hand when I told her she didn't have to snatch I didn't get rude with you even after having to drive back up her because you can't count to 12. But I love Popeyes and normally NEVER complain even though service is always HORRIBLE this was beyond HORRIBLE. My tender meal was good. Oh yeah she tried to give me a box full of thighs an AGAIN there was only 8 pcs of chicken I had to call her back an let her know there was only eight pcs of chicken and there was 6 thighs then I was called a LIAR because the thighs was big she must don't know the parts of a chicken after turning the thighs over so she could see the were thighs I finally got my chicken but the oil it was cooked in needed to be cleaned it was dark not...
