I hate to write this bad review bc they did try to fix it but my hair is still jacked. I walked in and requested an appt. April referred me to Jo. So I booked an appt I told Jo I wanted purple lowlights in my hair and my blonde balayage touched up. No one told me Jo was a BRAND new stylist. I would have proceeded with caution instead of letting her do my whole head. I specifically asked Jo not to bleach through my ends as I was concerned they would fried. She said I had nothing to worry about. She was wrong. After she was done placing the bleach she turned me to the mirror and to my horror it was bleached to the ends. When she went to wash it out my hair was so damaged she had to leave me laid back in the sink with conditioner on my hair in order to try to brush it. She spent a good half hour just brushing and brushing and ripping my hair out. I finally had to beg her to stop bc she was killing me and I ended up leaving the salon with wet hair. After I got home and my hair dried it was so golden and splotchy and yellow. Credit to them when I reached out they answered quickly. They told me they would fix it. And they've tried but it's still a hot mess! I have tons of new breakage. My hairs lost volume and texture. Its still splotchy and uneven. They did get rid of some of the golden but the color is still so uneven! It's embarrassing. They suggested having me part my hair a different way? Uhm no I want to part my hair the way I part it??? They also said well when it's wet you can't see it. Ok? So I'm supposed to walk around with wet hair all day. All in all I would avoid this salon at all cost. The picture posted is after 3 sessions. I went here as a first-time client this past weekend and met with Emilie … Which is new to this salon and the area.

Firstly, upon booking within 30 minutes, I received a text message with her introducing herself and asking for any hair inspiration photos.

Once I got there for my appointment, she is very friendly and bubbly. (My last hairstylist retired so finding a new one anybody knows is very nerve-racking) I instantly felt comfortable and narrowed down what I wanted out of the photos and she quickly went to work. She explained every process along the way

The results turned out Even better than I expected! It’s safe to say my hunt is over and she is my go to girl now! I highly recommend her!!

Jessica is the best! She is sweet, always ready for me at my appointment time with a smile (while I'm always running late!), and she is very talented. She listens to me and doesn't try to talk over me or push her own agenda. She knows what my concerns are with my hair and always has a solution. She knows all of the latest products and which ones will work and which ones won't work. She makes suggestions for my haircut to not only frame my face but also to enhance my features. She checks, double checks, and triple checks that hair lengths match each other, and front and back. She's precise, never sloppy, and pays attention to details. She's also easy on the pocketbook.
