I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway location. My wife and I stopped in for lunch on my birthday. While my sandwich was being prepared, I clearly saw a pepper fall onto it. When I pointed it out, the employee argued with me and then tried to cover it with more lettuce instead of simply remaking the sandwich. After leaving, I confirmed the pepper was still there and had to remove it myself.
When I attempted to address this calmly, the assistant manager stepped in and immediately became hostile. As we were leaving, the employee muttered “wow” while staring at the manager. My wife also witnessed the assistant manager roll her eyes at her request for cheese, and then make a rude remark to the employee about “that other damn sandwich.”
I understand mistakes happen in food prep, but what makes this completely unacceptable is the way the staff handled it: arguing, dismissing my concern, attempting to cover it up, and showing open hostility toward customers. This was extremely unprofessional and left us both very uncomfortable.
If you think a customer would go out of their way to make a story like this, there's a simple solution. Check the cameras you spent thousands on installing. Time on incident was 12:49PM 9/25/25
I will not be returning to this location, and I encourage management to take a serious look at how this staff...
Read moreUpon arriving at this subway, the open sign was off so I wasn't too sure if they were open or not. When entered it was extremely busy but we waited, my husband and daughter as well. I really miss the oven roasted chicken breast, as I'm sure alot of other people do too. But I seen "The champ" and thought I'd give it a try. I had a bogo coupon, and nowhere on the coupon did it say that sandwich was excluded from the deal. The lady behind the counter was really rude and snappy with me. When i showed her the coupon she says "Ok? Yea but what sandwich you want?" She continued with i couldnt use that coupon for that sandwich. She said her manager just told her.. but her manager was standing right next to her and didn't say anything. 💁♀️ I had to order something random on the fly since there was a line behind me. The manager kept sneezing and not once did he wash his hands!! They all seemed high as a kite. So unprofessional! Very unsanitary. Tables were dirty too. I work in the food industry and this is not how you should treat your customers, especially when they are paying you good money. And asking for a tip at the end of my transaction?? That's an insult! Here's your tip "DO BETTER BY YOUR...
Read moreI came to this location for dinner tonight and I wanted a meatball sub. I walk into the restaurant at 7:30 P.m. The girl behind the counter asked what I was having and when I told her I wanted a number six, which is the meatball sub she replied with we are out of meatballs. I asked her to confirm what time they closed and she said 10 PM and then followed up with we don’t have time to make anymore. Wow great customer service! How in the world are you open for another 2 1/2 hours and you are out of meatballs, and then proceeded to tell your customer that you don’t have time to make anymore? You would think a meatball sub is one of the more popular choices. I would much rather you lie and say that you didn’t receive it on your truck delivery or something instead of admitting laziness to satisfy a valued customer. You are either pre-closing way too early or whoever wrote the prep list needs to get fired. I told her forget about it and I will go somewhere else and she replied with OK sorry about that, sir. Anyway, this location DOES NOT serve meatballs In the evening apparently. You’re welcome in advance. Save...
