A few months ago, I moved from Montclair, NJ to Monroe Township, NJ, and decided to get a 5 x 5 storage unit at Extra Space Storage in Jamesburg, NJ, the closest location to my new home, for some of my personal goods. The Assistant Manager, Xena "Xee" Grajales, could not have been more gracious, helpful, and professional. Although I didn't keep the storage unit very long, because my new construction, single-family home has ample space for all my belongings, I really appreciate the outstanding customer service that Xee offered to me in my interactions with her, from move-in to move-out.
