Dollar General — Local services in Jamestown

I am a regular customer at the 3rd st store about 2 to 3 times a week and it's one of the best stores I've been to in jamestown falconer and Lakewood the employees are very nice especially this employee named David every time I'm in there on friday and Tuesday he is always working hard and always pick things off of the floor and is always nice to customers and helps them the best he can do and if he can't help he always grabs someone that will but there us one employee that works there that is very rude to customers and other employees and he doesn't do his job I was the only customer in the store and he was just standing at the counter for 7 mins doing nothing his name is andi and I found out he is a lead how can u give a higher job to a person that don't do much of anything and is rude to his employees and other customers I even heard andi say that he is going to fire Cody he doesn't have the Authority to fire anyone but he thinks he does he should be the one...

Everytime I go to this store 3rd st dollar general jamestown ny it is messy and disorganized and their is stuff all over the floor. U can't even fit a cart down the aisle it's discussing and I am very disappointed bcuz this store use to be so nice. Always a good selection of seasonal items with great prices. Can almost always find necessary household items. As with most DG's stores, overcrowded stock and narrow aisles make me want to get what I want and get out quickly. Never ask staff for assistance.
