Northwest Arena — Attraction in Jamestown

Came to Jamestown to see Amy Schumer. We were right nnjng late for theconference7:00 show. People were waiting not in line both up and down the streets. It was 7:15 and no one had been admitted! So much for a 7:00 show! Nothing has changed at the arena. Disorganized and slow as always. Tons of volunteers that didn't know what they were doing. We asked 4 different people where our seats were. Each one gave us a different answer, so we found empty seats and made them ours. Amy took the stage about 7:35. The acoustics and sound was so awful we couldn't understand alot of what she was saying. Disappointing to say the least. We much prefer the Reg Lenna Theater. The ice arena still has not lived up to it's...

For the price of these tickets I am appalled that my seats were staring at a black curtain with ZERO chance of seeing Sebastian Maniscalco. This was just plain greediness and they should refund the money to all of us sitting in never-never land. Very disappointed and feeling totally ripped off. I would have rather not been able to come than spend this kind of money to get the same experience I would have had sitting on my couch watching him on tv!!! Tried to update this but it didn’t post 🤷🏻‍♀️

In town for an adult 35 and over hockey tournament. The main rank is very nice. The r. Auxiliary rank is not at the same standard. The lighting on that side is not ideal. It's a little, especially when compared to the main rink. The locker rooms for the most part were good. One had a sloping issue so water from the shower can come into the locker room #8.

They do have a refreshment area and behind it is a bar area. Prices there were reasonable and they did have a TV with sporting events on.
