Jamestown Mattress — Hotel in Jamestown

My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. After purchasing what I thought was a quality mattress, it quickly became apparent that it was faulty. Naturally, I reached out, expecting them to honor their warranty. Less than a year old and it started killing my back. It had a large hole in the middle.

Not only did they refuse to replace the defective mattress, but their communication was abysmal. Repeated calls and requests for updates were met with excuses.

To make matters worse, without any prior notice, they randomly showed up at my house to haul away the mattress. They didn’t bring a replacement, leaving me without a bed currently because they insisted the factory needed to "inspect" it first. This is beyond unacceptable.

Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company at all costs.

So I currently have no mattress and there has been zero communication from them about it.

I called again the following week. Talked to the same person at the factory. they had absolutely zero idea who I was or what I was talking about. And promised they’d call me back later in the day. Still have no mattress and no hope of getting it back.

They finally called back and said they fixed it. We will see if they actually show up.

Do not purchase from them.

What a ripoff I purchased the brick mattress 18 months ago and it's like sleeping in a canoe now tried to get them to fix they won't because of two small stains that are actually coming out with carpet shampoo not pea stains mind you a little makeup and a bit of grease what a ripoff paid 13 hundred for a junk mattress go o someplace else trust me and there good reviews are all written by employee family and friends no way two stains not anywhere near where the mattress is breaking down see referred to better business bureau he sez won't honor warranty states health department reasons but sells used mattresses...

Jamestown has been building beds for over 100 years. Its a family business that really cares about my comfort.
