Went for a first visit (assessment). Was told that 1st visit was covered under my insurance, then after that you have to follow the insurance policy (deductible etc). Wrong! Like untrained or incompetent. Then was taken in, introduced to a PT student who would do some assessing..I literally knew more about PT than he did. Then after 20 mins of measuring and one “unsupervised” rubber band excessive, we’ll they said they were done. Filed a complaint, found out it was 100% on my deductible for the first visit. Was upset and not willing to pay for that BS service. The claim person called back. 3 calls later would still not reduce or cancel the bill. Said that they don’t have authority. Wasted my time and money. Avoid this place like the plague. Especially if you need real PT...

I've been going there for about a month and a half my therapist is Brian. He has been so helpful and helped me regain a lot of My mobility in my leg. I cannot say enough about how much they have helped me. If you do need therapy, I do recommend them.They are very caring and they listen to your needs....
