I am an employee at Mercy Health. I went to buy coffee from Salted sisters like i do every other day. Today i wanted to try something new. I wasn’t satisfied with the drink she made. It tasted really bland more like oat milk. I brought it back to exchange it out for the latte that i normally get. The lady got really nasty with me & stated that their a small company and cant do that. She said she can add more flavor. I told her that i wasnt about to pay $6 for a latte that i wasn’t satisfied with. Ill prefer to just exchange it out for the Latte that i normally get. She told me that i would have to pay another $6 if i wanted another latte. Then she gets attitude & tells me that maybe i should stick to what i like as if im not allowed to try something new on the menu. I let her know that she was being very rude.
She said “ You know what? Ill just put your money back on the card & refuse to service me and told me to have a great day. . I said “you have a great day too.
I walked off but i wont be back
Then a A co worker of mines was down by the cafeteria having lunch & over heard her on the phone talking to her mom about me wanting to exchange out my latte for something different saying how they were gonna lose out on $12 when i buy coffee every other day its like yall don’t value your customers the $12 you complaining about i would of spent that with yall 100x over She also tells her mom she felt bad. How do you feel bad about treating a loyal customer so rudely
