Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Janesville

When I walked in to the store I was approached by Kaylee who did not welcome me say hello or say Hi how are you I asked if there was any specials Hayley could not recommend or tell me anything except for I can look at the online Menu it was very frustrating because I feel that when you go somewhere and deal with a cashier that their job is to treat you friendly and the friendly and to help you with the menu and the specials that w Not what happened I will not be returning to papa John's anytime soon Cashier should be somebody that is friendly gives good custom Customer she rolled her eyes at me It was not helpful in any way was very rude her attitude was very rude someone else needs to be in the front as a cashier not her she should be somebody that works in the back she does not have customer service skills it was very upsetting because I've had a long night and I really just wanted somebody to help me pick out a pizza and if there was any good deals and I just didn't want to deal with another attitude today I've had a very hard long day and the last thing I wanted to do was deal with another person being rude to me today I worked in customer service for almost 15 years and that is not how you handle a customer she either needs to be replaced or put somewhere else in the store But otherwise my pizza was hot had extra cheese and they had it out in no time there was another female there that helped me that was very pleasant and she had short hair with glasses she was very friendly and kind and I appreciate it that papa John's should have better...

Have not ordered from here in a bit so I call and get a phone center. I could not understand the man at all it took me 15 min to make a order and it was nothing hard 2 papadias and a cheese stick it was horrible he was getting made at me cause I couldn’t understand him keep telling me the address I told him 4 times I know where it is than tells me it’s going to be 15 to 25 mins ok no problem, but we all know in the world we live in these days every where is busy so you know it’s going to be a little longer so I get there there is a big truck taking up the parking lot as I’m trying to go around it an older lady walks in the door there is no where to park so I park in the car dealership next to them, walk up enter the store and there stands the older lady who stands there for 5 more mins before anyone decide to help her meanwhile there are 5 other ppl in the store not a one Welcomed us in or said we will be with you and just a min no one said nothing after the girl helped the old lady she walked away in to the back I waited for someone to help me while they all talked to each other Throwing the dough in the air walking back and getting more dough like I was not standing there finally the girl came back and helped me but just had this look on her face like she hated her job I paid cash when hading my change back she just threw it in my hand I was like ok by the time she brought me my food it already had been 45 minutes. I called to make a complaint about my delivery driver. I gave specicfic intructions where to leave my order and they didnt leave it where I instructed. I caught the guy before he got into his car, and he didn't seem to care much at all. Didn't even apologize. Everytime I called it seemed like they would pick up and hang up. When I finally got through the manager answered and I told him it seemed like they were hanging up on me. He immediately got an attitude with me and started ranting not giving me a chance to speak. I raised my voice to speak over him to tell him he doesn't have to give me an attitude, and that I am actually calling to complain about a delivery driver. I didn't even get a chance to complete my sentence because as soon as he heard me raise my voice he hung up on me. So I drove down there to obtain his name so I can report him to corporate. When I asked him his name he told me it was none of my business and to get out of his store. I told him he had no authority over me, and that I originally wanted to complain about his delivery driver, now its spun out of control into this. I told him you don't hang up on your customers. He told me he was going to call the cops on me if I didn't leave. I mean what kind of person runs his business like this? Call me old fashioned but you just dont treat your customers like this.
