I have been to this location many times and have had a pleasant experience. This is why I won't give it a 1 star off of one bad interaction. This morning at around 915 am i walked in to the store to return amazon packages. There were two employees working in the back one was with a customer and the other was sweeping the floor. I made eye contact with the lady sweeping the floor but she didn't say anything and continued sweeping. I figured that maybe she didn't work in this department and was just cleaning the floors. After about the 3rd time of us making eye contact she huffed and set the broom down and called me over. I wasnt waiting long at all but it was just the attitude she had with me that took me by surprise. Unfortunately I did not get her name as she never introduced herself or even said good morning. She was an old woman with short hair and glasses. I did have a lot of packages but they were all very small and I made sure I had all the QR codes ready so that the process was smooth. It didn't take more than 5 minutes from start to finish. She said nothing to me the entire time we stood there and when I spoke she didn't respond. I understand there could have been many reasons why she was in such a foul mood but as the customer I shouldn't have to deal with that. Read moreVery unhappy with two problems with Kohl’s. #1. Received statement for $66.55. Made payment to my bank. Was 1 day late. Bill went up to $88.82 Today they said my payment didn’t go through, because routing number was wrong. When I gave person my bank #she read it back to me and was correct. Now they have added another fee because it couldn’t be processed, but never let me know. #2. Ordered a comforter on Jan 7. Order went to wrong address. Was sent back to warehouse but did not notify me. I called, she explained what had happened, my old address was used instead of new one. Have ordered before and items came to new address. Called on Feb 8 about the order. She said I should have received my credit which I hadn’t. She would get credit processed right away. I couldn’t reorder until I had received my $30.00 kohl’s cash coupons with new expiration dates. Have not received the $30.00 in coupons as of 2/19 and credit still not applied to my Chase CC. Was told I should receive my credit for $120.24 within 7 days. Will see. Such a mess. Kohl’s credit card is now cancelled. Can’t take all the stress of the runaround I had with these two issues. Read moreBought a pair of shoes for my granddaughter only to discover about an hour later that the box was full of ROACHES. I had actually brought the package in my house and then put it back in my car because I was giving the shoes to my 5 year old granddaughter and left my house shortly after to bring them to her. It was now dark out and when I got out of the car and went to the other side, the roaches were all over my car , even in my Yeti which I was sipping on on the way. I wanted to throw up. I noticed the roaches coming from the box of shoes. I threw it on the ground outside the car and lifted the paper that was under the shoes, and hundreds of invoices were in the corner and immediately started to disperse. I threw away everything I bought and the manager I spoke with the next day credited for the items and gave me $10 kohls, which barely covered the cost of me driving to the store to get my refund, let alone the time spent cleaning and bombing my car, and now a few days later I see them in my house, so now I have to get an exterminator. It was the worst experience and I don't know that I would ever shop at Kohls again. I would expect at a minimum they would have offered to make me whole for the cost of exterminating, plus the...
