My husband and I stopped in for a quick bite (plus, I needed some Taco Bell). When we pulled up, the employees were outside taking a quick break, but 2 of them quickly made their way in as we got out of the car. When we walked in, we told them they could ha e finished their break, we weren't really in a hurry. The young lady taking our order smiled and said it was okay. I could immediately tell that something was wrong. She took our order and handed us our cups. We got our drinks and sat down. The dining area wasn't spotless, but it wasn't nasty like some other locations I've been to. A few other customers walked in, and the young lady took their order promptly. Before our order came out, I could hear a man yelling at someone in the back. I looked up and the poor young lady who took our order was visible upset over his yelling. Not crying, but you could definitely tell her discomfort. She called our number and my husband went to pick up our food. Our food was properly made to order and, of course, very tasty. (My husband had KFC.) This man continued to yell at whomever he was speaking with in the back the entire time we were eating. I'm not sure if it bothered anyone else, but it certainly did bother me and my husband...and the young lady taking orders. She actually came out to the dining room after everyone got their orders and began to clean the tables, then sweeping the floor. I have no clue what the problem was with the man in the back. I'm only to assume he was the manager, but yelling at your employees is one thing....yelling at them loud enough that your customers in the front can HEAR you.....sir, THAT is unacceptable. If you need to reprimand your employee, that should be done in an office. If you need to reprimand them as a group, that should be done when NO ONE is in your restaurant! It is unacceptable to publicly reprimand employees. If there is a problem, it needs to be solved behind closed doors. EVERYONE in that dining area could hear EVERY WORD that was being said and I don't appreciate some of the language that was being used. I don't care to hear it, much less while I'm trying to eat! Please, if you go to this location and hear this person scream cussing his employees, please get the corporate or franchise owners number and make a phone call. He needs to be...
Read more8/27/18 - You'd think after a week of the lines being long outside and barely any inside, you'd make a little bit of extra food. It's mostly tacos and chicken being ordered, how is it that it's taking 20 minutes to order and get people's food? I figured out why it's taking that long, because your cashier keeps chit chatting with the cooks WITH a customer at the register and believe me, it was NOT about any missing orders or work related conversation until AFTER the customer was able to get their attention. The only one qorking seemed to have been the one taking orders and drinks at the window (bravo!) Oh, and with the slow service, I also didn't get my quesadilla cut. But at least I had no lettuce on my taco like mentioned below.
You guys just really sucked today. I've been ordering the same thing for 2 weeks now and the last 2 times I've gone you've messed up the simplest thing. How hard is it to NOT put lettuce on a taco?? Not hard at hard. Obviously it's difficult for you guys. So I ended up with meat on a tortilla she'll because you already put like a teaspoon of cheese, although we get a cup of lettuce when we don't want it. Portion your food better, this was ridiculous.
Oh. But that's not all. There ended up being lettuce in my quesadilla too, how do you mess that up? That's not even suppose to have lettuce.
Drive thru was slow, took 10 minutes just to order. The only thing you didn't mess up was my drink, least that doesn't have lettuce in it.
7/10/17 - ordered off the kfc menu and was missing my biscuit
7/17/17 - again with the soft taco NO LETTUCE, and...
Read moreIt's a shame that you confirm " everything in the bag" ? Yes, it's all there, everything is in the bag. Got all the way home one entire meal is missing. People it's not rocket science. You read it right off the screen, you retrieve the food, you place it in the customer's bag. Period. I get it's not outback, your not making 30.00 an hour but at least put some effort into what you do and do it to the best of your ability. Give your customer's a reason to actually say some good things about your store. Your prices go up so you can make more money an hour, the least you can do is get it right. To the owner or the manager, hire people that want the job and will perform as stellar employees, when you hire 1's and 2's that's what you get in terms of performance and your reviews. All of your customers cannot be wrong. Take the time to read your reviews and learn from them. Maybe you can have your people train at the Trinity location, they have an incredible group there and we've never had bad service. Sadly my husband just explained to me after having driven back to Taco Bell that the manager wanted him to bring back the bag of food that the rest of us were eating at home. The manager was accusatory like we were trying get over on Taco Bell for a Cantina Burrito meal. Right because we have some secret scam that we are running to cheat Taco Bell out of 1 Burrito. Now I see why your reviews read as they do. It begins with the leadership and there you go. To the young guy in the drive through tonight, thank you for apologizing and being...
