Thank You to: Ashely Furniture ~ TEAM Jasper. The entire team from the bottom up, went above and beyond to help a first time buyer. Walking in the store they met my every NEED. From the delivery drivers Cory and Justin; to the gentleman in the back Jasper warehouse; to the sales reps Joy and Ashley; to the customer service ladies Liz and her team; and all the way to the main manager. He and the entire Jasper Team pulled together to accommodate my needs. My home looks and feels like a beautiful and inviting space created by me and the Ashley Team. Sales associate Joy H. Was such a wonderful help in my time of need. She went beyond the extra mile helping get a lift chair for my uncle that I am having to put in a nursing home. This is a very difficult time for me and she made everything as smooth as possible from sending photos of the chair. And even letting me in the store early to assist me in all the process knowing I was on a time crunch so that the chair could be delivered the same day. Purchased couch, chair and ottoman. Sat on couch couple days after having it and heard a pop noise. Looked underneath under fabric and support boards popped out of position making cushions sag. Chair, same thing, very first day of having it. . Side note...we are not over weight, since I’m sure that maybe an assumption and we don’t flop down on our furniture.
