My son took his 3 month old custom gaming pc here because his GPU and DRam were having issues. My son asked how much to diagnose it. He stated it was thirty something dollars. He said he would be in contact with my son and let him know what he found with an estimate to repair in a couple days. The only phone call he received was to pick up his PC and that is was fixed with a price tag of over $135. We refused to pay for the labor service because labor wasnt discussed prior to the work being done and my son did not agree to an estimate. He still charged him $55. When we got home his drivers for his Rayden GPU were missing and cannot be reinstalled. Only 1 HDMI port of the 2 work when they worked prior for multiple displays. I cannot say enough good about these people. We had internet with a well known provider, but was only getting 50 GB of data a month. This 4g internet service was not getting the job done with my cameras I had hooked to it. We called the owner, he came to our house, evaluated our internet. The next day, I paid to get out of our contract early ordered internet from a-z computers(got 5 times the gbs for 50.00 less. These people do business right!!!! Added note, this WiFi is strong!!! Too soon to tell. The computer needed a new power supply unit installed, I had already gotten a new PSU and gave it & the computer to them yesterday. To put the PSU in it will take removing some sections to get to the motherboard to plug in the last cable. Hope to have my working computer back early next week. Excellent work.
