Went here multiple times and have never received a good product. I usually get chai tea lattes and for some reason they added water to it and that explained why they didn't taste right. Today I got an Irish cream iced coffee, it had no Irish cream in it. It tasted like just milk and coffee. When I walked in, one of the preppers got up from a table where she was consuming her own drink, and immediately started prepping my order. She did not wash her hands before prepping. Also, the cashier went straight from handling the register to assisting in prepping. I have worked in restaurants and you are always supposed to wash before handling food/drinks. Premium Coffee is their slogan and it's a perfect description of their coffee. I had the pleasure of having the first pull from their new espresso machine. 09/04/2020.
