I left previous because one person shouldnt cause a whole place to have a bad review.)Gage, Mrs. Kelley, and another girl I - apologize for not remembering her name, done a fantabulous job today. I got my hair cut. My son got a perm. One nephew got his hair cut. Other nephew got cut, style, and highlight. Y'all nailed it today.( 7/23/21 we went for yet another great time. One son got a perm, the other a cut, both turned out great. Update 8/18/21 everyone some of these girls and guy, I feel are underappreciated Jasper you need to give these people a try if and when you can, some are working 3 jobs. If there is anything not to your liking they will work to make it right. They are my favorite place to get my hair done. They do so much more than just cut hair, and they will make you feel like family.5/2/22 the girls done such a great job, exactly what I ask. Great work girls. *(12/23 ok , had apt took off work to get a perm told the lady on the phone the day before I had a all over highlight kit on all of my hair, she said ok I will get the special perm kit for you. I was met at the door , - oh I didn't know it was all over. I dont feel comfortable doing it and went on with her spill and then says its not that i dont want to blah blah. She offers me no other service, or ask me if I would like any other service and just says sorry and walks back to the back. I honestly have always given Trueth today is no different. I dont hold everyone responsible for this -why I left the stars-however I know this person will be there, And for that reason I will not be back . This is the perfect example of how a company looses business new and old. Side note, be careful how you treat people you had a opportunity to turn a negative into a positive and by passed...

My daughter, Shelby, came in a got a color and cut from yall....and it is the most messed up, uneven chop job of a haircut I've ever seen. She was even charged NINETY DOLLARS?? And told she could come get it fixed sometime after the Thanksgiving holiday!!! How did the instructor even sign off on this mess? There isnt a 0 star to give, so I had to reluctantly give 1 star. Yall should be embarrassed you let a paying customer walk out the door looking like she did. Shame,...

Pulled up a few minutes before 4 pm looking to get a simple male hair cut before having cancer surgery the next day. The door was open I yelled for someone,explained what I wanted ans was replied to with "Sorry sir we're closed . Seriously you couldn't take ten minutes to help out a senior with cancer . May God be merciful on you when your old sick and need help . I was asking for a hand out and would have gladly paid . I guess that's just the way...
