This was my experience with bedzz express.
My contact was Treadway Watson the manager. (You’ll see him 2 pots back in the reviews giving a un biased five star review so you can eliminate at least one good review and probably question the rest)
My wife and I decide to buy a Mattress for our 17th wedding anniversary.
After no less than 4 visits to the store we decide on a brand narrow down and density. But the feel wasn’t just right.
We were informed that the bed ,style and a firmness we prefer was available for order.
Quietly this seals the deal. I return alone he next day to surprise my wife with the purchase.
Upon my return, I see a new banner advertising a new special.
I inform my contact my intent to buy and ask if the new special would interfere with my previous price quoted. The answer I received was no,It would only help me.
Done deal I said. Money was exchanged,receipt given, delivery set up.
Oh and I surprise my wife with the fact that I have not only purchased the mattress she liked,but sprung for the base she loved as well.
Only to be called a few hours later to be told that the special order we had been sold wasn’t really available. (It was available just not for the price we paid)
My wife and I debate and settle for the model similar to the one on the floor.
Only to get another call to be told that they will not honor the agreement we have made a few hours early.
Mr watson attempts to renegotiate our terms, Says that his District manager will not allow him to sell at this price. The suggested price is now for ten percent more than we agreed. Remember this was not a quote not a estimate this was a fully executed legal transaction.
At this point my confidence and trust is broken and decide cancel the entire order.
I would like to make a point that Mr Treadway watson was helpful and patient with us I also believe he was distressed in delivering the news.
Probably not as me having to deliver the news to my wife of her gift no longer being on the way.
End of the story I cannot I good conscience recommend you to purchase from bedzz express.
After a little more shopping I was able to find the exact mattress exact frame Same brand. Set up haul off the works for $100 less.
My Take away s from my mattress shopping. Mattresses are highly inflated. Salesman have a lot of Lee way. Sales are phony. And don’t trust the bedzz express.
I didn’t experience this but have a friend going through it now remember they do not offer cash back only store credit.
So in the end with a $100 saved and the wonky policies. Probably for the best.

Read moreThe salesman Austin we had was great! He did everything he could. I had went in for 4 new mattresses for my family. So they didnt have 2 of the ones I wanted. They did have one of the two choices for the 3 kids in stock. Long story short is. Whoever the manager is needs to do a better job. Austin did everything he could to help us. He kept having to call the manager over the cullman store to help him with us. If you wasnt for the cullman manager we wouldnt have been able to complete our purchase. He even said that he didnt know where the manager was and he hoped everything was ok. When we get there and find a mattress we want we told the lady that works there that the reason we are back is because of the good experience last time. The lady says we may be under warranty. We checked our mattress and it's almost 3 inches under the mattress line.
