A remainder from a different time, before Amazon and eBay grew so large, Dillard's leaves something to be desired compared to its more modern counterparts. This store caters to an audience that is slowly dwindling - the wealthy trust fund folk that don't mind spending $600 on a leather jacket. It's saddening, in a way, to see the state of stores like these. This store, Dillard's #0311, Is one of the smallest in the nation. I like to browse, will often look at same thing before I decide to try it on, so best advice to staff-you can patrol while still being helpful. Learn what the indicators are for potential thieves, being able to distinguish between an honest shopper and one who is not can save future business. ;) Also, checkout takes too long so if there is s line, get up ftom the desk and come down to help out. Well, thats my critique. Overall, good store to get a bargain, sometimes more so,...
