I went in to look around end up in the gun section. First off I had to search for someone to help me look at the gun walked through a lot of the store before I found someone. Then as soon as I found someone all of the other workers start looking for the certain person. As we walked back towards a guy comes up like someone looking for you the worker was like ok call on the radio and the person on the other ends was coming towards us. The worker I was talking to asked for my driver license so I pulled it out and began to give it to him when the other worker walked up and took my Id out of my hands and look at it. Along with my Iād was carry and conceal license so he looks at me asked me to show him my face so I do and then he hands it to the worker that was helping me I ask if there was a problem because he seen dude helping me and the worker told him he was helping so I didnāt understand what was going on. The worker going to said someone said you smelled like weed. Iām like what yāall is tripping I donāt smell like weed and I took my ids back from the worker and walked out. Dude was very unprofessional at his job and I felt discriminated against because I was black but when dude seen I had my licenses he didnāt have a problem. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE DONāT GO IF YOUR BLACK THEY GOIN TO BE ON YOU...

I bought a drone from them on 5/16/2020 and I asked if I could return it if it was defective and I was told I could. So I went home and tried the drone out and found out that the the controller dose not work when you use the joysticks to move the drone. I walked through the instructions again to make sure I did everything right I also watched YouTube videos to try and get it to work but nothing worked. So I took the drone back to Dunham's to try to get a refund and I was denied because the store does not return electronics even though I was told that I could if it was defective. They told me to look at the back of the receipt and that it should show there that electronics are unreturnable but there was nothing on the back of the receipt that said I couldn't return the drone. I looked on the official website for Dunham's and it says nothing about drones being unreturnable. The manager was rude, uncooperative and said while she could give me a refund she wasn't going to because she did not want to get in trouble even though the official store policy said if it was defective I could return it. I will be calling corporate Monday and will definitely be reporting this to better...

Went to check out, that's when I met "Arri" the most miserable customer service person I have met in a long time. Didn't speak, no eye contact appeared completely annoyed by my presence. I asked how she was and got a pitiful "I'm Ok" after ringing my items up I purposefully stood waiting for her to give me a total. After several seconds of nothing, she looked at me and said you can go ahead, meaning use my credit card. Never at once did she even acknowledge me as a customer. She only bagged half of my items, so I had to ask her if she rang up the other items as I wasn't sure if they were included. I spoke with the manager and told her of the wonderful service from the gentleman in the gun department, but advised her that the, young lady at the cash register "Arri" hated her job. And it was reflecting out towards the customers. Had it not been for the gentleman in the gun department? I would've probably only given one...
