Gerbes Pharmacy — Local services in Jefferson City

This pharmacy is terrible. The Script was called in at 9:00am and at 12:30pm was still in data entry . Very Poor customer service. Very slow. I do not recommend this pharmacy and I have to say that however I have never had a problem with the store I will not be returning. Three and a half hours to fill a script!!! I was asked to wait even though I'm highly contagious???? infect the 4 elderly patient waiting for hours in your waiting area. POOR CUSTOMER...

Moved from another part of MO in 2021. Found the RX to be as good as any other chain RX. The staff, as with any RX are busy, but have always been helpful-courteous-friendly-never a mistake.
