Taco Bell — Restaurant in Jefferson City

My wife, her sister, our small children, and I ordered breakfast through the app and arrived well before 10:30 a.m. and waited in an empty restaurant for at least 20 minutes before an employee finally asked if we needed to order. I showed her our order on my phone that said it was being made and she told me that they couldn't make it. At first, I thought they ran out of breakfast items and were waiting on truck. So I went to cancel my order and re-order something from the lunch menu. Then I noticed that it said my order was made and at the counter. So I went back to the counter and the employee got her manager. The manager said she wouldn't make our order at 10:36 a.m. at this point, because she wasn't going to throw away the rest of the food she would have to drop in order to do so. I explained to her that because they markwd my food as being made and then marked it as made and ready, that there isn't an option to cancel the order and get my money back. She said I could call the 1-800 number and take it up with them and said we could leave and go across town to another taco bell and see if they would make our order. When I refused that and said she needed to do something for our family to make this right, she called the cops on us. I am also type 1 diabetic and have to take insulin before I eat so my sugars were dropping and as she was refusing to do her job and make the order they marked as already...

YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. I'm not one to leave reviews and try to not complain too much but this is RIDICULOUS! I ordered my order on the app, and triple checked everything before checking out just to make sure. I take 10-15 minutes to get to the store. I still had to wait at the window just like I had ordered right there which defeated the purpose of ordering ahead of time. Got the wrong drink. Took them the whole time of me sitting there to get her attention to tell her it was the wrong drink just to get attitude and told to pull forward and wait again. Then I get home and one of my crunchy tacos is not in the bag, and the crunchy taco that is is basically nto even filled at all. The tiniest amount of meat and lettuce and sprinkle of cheese. I haven't hadn't taco bell in a long long time and now I'm reminded why. Just go somewhere else. OH and the dole strawberry lemonade quencher has no lemonade. So I decided to check out this new location today on my lunch. I figured cool a taco bell really close to work. Now I realize that they just opened up but at 11:15 am on a Wednesday you would assume there are more people to handle the inside counter and drive thru than one person. Well that would be a wrong assumption. One person was running both drive thru and inside counter. That didn't bother me as much as seeing a person on the line making food also on the phone. Granted she was wearing gloves but I don't expect the person making food also touching the phone then taking hand away from phone to use that hand to handle food. Who knows how many people sneezed and then touched that phone. No thank you I will take my business elsewhere. I will not step foot in that taco bell ever again. Not to mention that apparently the owner of this place and the manager condones unsanitary conditions of allowing staff to touch food with the same gloved hand that was just...
