Went into this Walgreens tonight on our way out of town. Went in for tea and some cigarettes. The cigarettes were advertised at a dollar cheaper than what they rung up. I said you should honor your advertisement. She explained they can’t on cigarettes. I was taking to my boyfriend about so we want to just buy them here and she made a comment about just putting them back. That was her first rude comment. I’m like no we will get them. So I continued to talk to my boyfriend while checking out and I said I wonder if the other stores would have hindered it like is it a policy? She then made the most rude comment and told us to go to the other stores then. I’m like excuse me you don’t have to be rude. Then I asked for a manager turns out she is the manager. Veranesa or something like that. We check out and my boyfriend was extremely upset at the way she kept disrespecting me. I called the other Walgreens after we left on Missouri Blvd they were very polite and apologized for her behavior im waiting on a call back from district. Listen lady customer service requires you to be polite. I was never rude and extremely disappointed in how you acted and the tone you had with us. I will never come back to this...
Read moreCOUNT YOUR PILLS! There were 5 pills MISSING from my prescription I picked up yesterday. I counted as soon as I got home because I have run out early in past months. I take care to keep my medications safe and tucked away so I didn’t understand how I could be running short multiple times. One thing I hadn’t done tho was counted them after picking them up. Why would I, it’s a pharmacy! So I count out the pills and there are only 55, not 60! I talked with the pharmacist who said everything on their end looked fine, nothing to explain this. He was very nice actually and our conversation may have even kept me from writing this review, if I didn’t suspect something like this has happened to me in previous months. The pharmacist at least gave me some reassurance that he would keep our conversation in mind and he will make sure this doesn’t happen again. I guess we’ll see. Read moreHad a question for the pharmacy. Was on hold for 48 minutes and they just disconnected my call. Called back and on hold waiting for someone to pick up for 44 minutes and still had 1 person ahead of me that had called in. Grabbed another phone and called a different Walgreens and they answered my question within 8 minutes. After nearly 2 hours this location still did not get to my call. When I called there were only 2 calls ahead of me. Very slow service in the drive thru as well. Usually 3-4 cars lined up waiting. If it’s almost closing time they just put the blinds down 5 minutes to closing even though there are still cars in line. Last thing is they put your debit card in the Walgreens plastic sack in the drive thru. We have thrown away at least 2 debit cards because we took the prescription bag out and pitched the plastic sack when we got home. Great location, but they need...
