Initially I stopped in here because I’ve always purchased my furniture from this location, unbeknownst to me that they were under new ownership but I still decided to go forward with them. Then the delivery time frame is so broad that it’s hard to plan your day, I was given an 8am-5pm window. I had to call them to ask for a better time frame to be provided. Anyway, upon initial delivery, the legs for my bed were missing and they said they would need to come back the next day. I had to take off work AGAIN day so they could bring the feet along with an additional rug I ordered. The rug was the incorrect one and I was told to come in the store to pick up the correct one. I am a loyal customer but this time around I was very disappointed, I went to this location in Elmwood Park to up grade my bedroom and they completely nickel & dimed me to correct their own mistakes. They simply boldly over charged me it was a unnecessary add on charge after charge.They sent me the wrong product; l ended up spending twice as much during the exchange and the error was on their part.Watch out for the service charges and delivery.I will never go back...
