I've been coming here with my niece and picking up her stack of books but lately workers have been rude and unpleasant. A front desk person named Valery was the rudest person ever. I've walked into the building and doesn't even say "Hi", I say Hi every time. Ive noticed with other people she does acknowledge them. One of the ladies acted as if I did not exist if I'm not mistaken she seem as if she ran the department unfortunately I did not get her name I should of.
