My family and I took a trip to Pendergrass an were immediately drawn to the pet shop. I was very excited to see they had sugar glider babies as Ive wanted one since I was a little girl. We were greeted by a girl named Kenly and her mom (I didn't catch her name) were so patient and allowed us to hold the gliders until we found the one for us.The manager Matt made sure that we had everything that we needed and even showed me tricks and tips on how to bond with our new baby. I witnessed the employees wash their hands several times which was nice to see in the middle of a pandemic. After we chose the new glider the assistant manager Dustin put it in a cage alone for me so it wouldn't get mixed up and we could finish our shopping. Overall, the whole staff went above and beyond amd made our entire experience a phenomenal one!!! I will highly recommend anyone to stop in and take a look around if you're in the market for a new pet, these guys know their business. We will be back!...

Its extremely unfortunate that i have to leave this review, but here i am. In the reptile pet trade far to many people have no idea how to care for extremely delicate animals, the pictured chameleon is a good example of this. They are animals that require constant monitoring and upkeep with high humidity and misters to help keep up that humidity. This chameleon is sick and dying due to a lack of water and overall care. When i approached the workers and asked about the animal all i got were poor responses and evidence that they dont really know how to care for it, which i dont blame them for. It takes a long time to truly know how to care for such diverse creatures and it truly saddens me to see them in...

Good place to go. Can find just about anything here well actually you can lol cause the last time I went they actually had a kitchen sink for sale. The little restaurant that is about in the center of the place wasn't that good and actually charges a bit much for their food and their tea was horrid. It was like they didn't care to clean out what they make coffee in cause they use the same for tea and the tea tasted like coffee. Not very good at all. The other restaurants are awesome though.
