I have never seen such pettiness at a BK restaurant in my life. I went with my family to get some breakfast, they were low on coffee told me it would be 5 minutes. It was a dine-in order and my family started eating, finished,and I still did not have my coffe. I stood at the front counter waiting and still took about 10 more minutes to make the "5 minute brew". On top of that they told the customer in front of me that there was no more coffe and Immediately afterwards refilled my mother's coffe. That person had a right to get upset and not get lied to their face. The employees excuse for lying was that she thought she was on lunch break and knew she was in a hurry and would not wait five minutes. The customer replied it was Sunday and she did not work. The upset customer was offered a free cup of coffe for the trouble, but it was too Little too late.After finally eating and drinking my coffe, I wanted a refill. I went to ask and she told me there was "no more coffe"(lol, you cannot make this stuff up, priceless!!!"). I doubt that I could not get a free refill because they had left the coffe pot at the counter for people to refill their cups. I could not help but grin a little, I said thank you and left.I have worked in the fast food industry so I would never yell or give attitude at someone for just making a mistake, I get it, understaffed and poorly managed workplaces suck. I hope the employee tries to just tell people that they don't want to go through the trouble of making a fresh batch of coffe instead of telling people you ran out, but I know that probably won't be the case. Read moreOk. Went from 5 stars to 1 with good reason. This is the third time I’ve ordered something though the app and it was discontinued they claim. Explain to me how now three different times is the different items I ordered available through the app but this location claims discontinued? When we ask for our money back they say they can’t because it was ordered though the app… they also replaced my over $4 mozz sticks with raw disgusting fries that cost less then $2 therefore stealing money from me. If I wanted fries, I wouldn’t ordered them. I try getting a refund through the app and all they do is off a $5 credit. I don’t want a damn credit I want my money back since I didn’t receive the items I paid for! Why is that such a hard thing to understand. This location used to be decent but it’s terrible now. Absolutely horrible every single time I order through the app anymore. Now I have to waste time waiting for emails and contracting my bank to dispute a charge over mozzarella sticks! Maybe when you decide to discontinue items that have been on the menu for years, take them off the app as well vs trying to take peoples hard earned money. I’m a regular customer but not anymore. Congrats for losing yet another loyal customer.
Just did a mobile order and am pleasantly surprised with everything. They added my extra Mayo, everything is hot and fresh and both my bf and my whoppers are put together very nicely, not just thrown together with zero care. I know this location has been struggling with staffing issues like every food place around here and there’s been times I’ve waited over 10 minutes for my order but all in all I feel they’re doing a really great job with the situations they’re dealing with. Read moreI literally was laying dying in ICU ..my husband ran by here to grab a quick dinner for our kids so he could get back to the hospital and be by my side ..the "system" printed a receipt but they said it wasn't paid for and refused to make the food ..my husband pulled up our bank app and showed the pending almost $50 charge and was told "well keep the receipt if it goes through come back and we will give you a refund" ..2 days later it went through we were charged for food we didn't receive he returned with the receipt and showed the charge went through explained the situation and was told it wasn't their problem he could go through his bank they would not issue a refund now understand I have been in the hospital for 5 days FIGHTING FOR MY LIFE my husband has been run ragged trying to make sure our kids and pets are good at home and be with me at the hospital we have enough going on in our lives but to be completely ripped off and jerked around when you are already down and out is ridiculous we will never return to this bk the customer service is garbage and the workers are lazy and don't want to do their job need to completely restart here and retrain...
