After receiving several quotes for a home remodel project (full kitchen, bathroom and master bath) we chose Authentic Carpentry because off the bat Ben and Jake were very down to earth and honest about our project. They made use feel excited about such a huge remodel and eased all concerns we had about totally gutting our kitchen and two bathrooms.

Price point wise Authentic Carpentry provided us with a reasonable quote compared to other companies and gave us options and various ideas so we would make sure we hit our definite wants and needs of our remodel while staying within our budget. We really appreciated them providing us with a complete breakdown of our budget so we knew exactly where every dollar went which some companies did not do. Never once did we pressured to do anything we didn’t feel comfortable with and Authentic Carpentry really respected our ideas and desires for our home all while staying within our budget.

Ben and Jake were extremely accommodating in regards to communication. They were patient with us while we were making decisions and would come to our home several times to drop off and pick-up samples. They frequently gave us updates and would even answer our messages and emails over the weekend. During the demo there were a couple of issues discovered and Authentic Carpentry did a great job addressing these concerns and really made us confident in our decision to go with them.

Authentic carpentry is a very professional company. We followed our friend’s referral who used their services before and was happy with them. I don’t regret any second. These guys are attentive, they respond to all forms of communication at any time, they are flexible, and very accurate and detailed with all paperwork and invoices. At the beginning we only hired them to paint our kitchen ceiling. It was done beautifully. We asked them about over the range hood installation through the wall outside of the second floor. This work was complicated. This company handled it amazingly, fast, neat, professional. They also help us to replace the kitchen countertop. Due to pandemic and other circumstances, it’s really a challenge today to find a company that would give you a nice selection of granite, listen to all your needs and mind changes, and still deliver everything in a more than reasonable time frame.
