Geisinger Jersey Shore Hospital — Local services in Jersey Shore

Sat there for 2 hours until my tests were finally taken back after being drawn. After another 2 hours they finally came and told me nothing was wrong despite having concerning symptoms. Sent me home, no medication and told me it was nothing to worry about. My eyes were yellow, I was coughing, my abdomen was uncomfortable and cramping. I had been fatigued and tired for 3 days. My urine also smelled like permanent marker. They said all my labs were fine. Got home and checked MyChart. My liver enzymes are high, blood in my urine and much more that lined up with a possible uti. Remind you, NO MEDICATION. I do not need pain meds, but antibiotics would've been nice to kick the UTI. I'm running a low grade fever and my body hurts.

These are big things we need to pay...

Brought the kid here on 2/23 of 2022. Visit went great however my insurance company does not have them listed in the Geisinger network. When Jersey Shore hospital became part of the Geisinger system something has not switched over to allow my insurance company see them as indeed as being part of the Geisinger system. This is the only Geisinger hospital that my insurance company flags as being out of network. I have no issues with any other Geisinger medical clinic or hospital anywhere. I just wanted to bring this to someone's attention so that this issue won't happen to someone else. I am sure it is a minor detail somewhere. Other than that...

So I live in Jersey shore and when geisinger took over it got slightly better and now it's apparently back to being worse. I called to get information from a nurse to see if I should come in after transferring me around 3 times. Can I transfer me to an online nurse talk to them explain my symptoms whether or not I should come in she said make an appointment with my family doctor which is at Jersey shore. I called back to Jersey shore tried to connect to make an appointment for my family doctor after being put on hold and transferred twice the phone goes dead and then I have to call back. Starting to feel like I have The same healthcare that shows...
