Iconic Gym — Local services in Jersey Village

Always been the type to stick to one gym , but today I stepped out of my comfort zone and went to a warehouse gym… not just any warehouse gym though . Iconic is definitely hands down the best gym I’ve been to! First thing I noticed right away was how clean and good the gym smells! The vibes are different…I love it ! The owner was so welcoming and helpful when it came to my questions.The music made me want to do extra sets… that’s how good it was. Won’t be worrying about leaving my headphones at home anymore 😅 I will definitely be coming back 🙌

Training After a year of putting it off for so long I finally decided to get in a workout today with Sammy aka Sam. When I tell you this man murdered me during training … believe me he did 😅 you know what they say no pain no gain…. More like no Sammy no gain. This was the best workout I’ve had in my life and I’ve trained with a couple of different people but nothing compared to how Sam trains. Not only did he trained me physically today but also mentally. I personally think having a trainer who you can always talk to and feel comfortable around and seek advice from is very important for both physical and mental growth. Now with Sam you will definitely have that and the gains 🤪 I definitely recommend Sam for anyone who’s looking for a great mentor/ trainer… you get two in one how...

Fred got me signed up within 5 minutes and I was on the floor working out immediately.

The gym has beautiful high quality equipment that is well maintained and clean. There are stations every few feet all around the facility with paper towels and cleaner to help us all keep everything in great shape. I've struggled in the past with finding machines that hit my back and calves well, and the equipment at Iconic hits them perfectly.

Fred always has music playing through the speakers with a playlist built with member input (and always looking for more requests), which leads to great variety and not having to hear the same songs constantly. The music is also played at a reasonable volume that can compliment your workout, but not force you to crank your headphones all the way up to hear your own music.

I can't say enough about Fred's obvious dedication to the facility. Every day I've gone into the gym I see him sweeping floors and/or cleaning equipment. It's plain to see that he really cares for the member experience and feels a personal connection to it. He's also very friendly and easy to talk to, and always seems to have time to let me talk his ear off.

I couldn’t think of a better owner of a gym than Fred. Clean, charismatic, and capable. Fred’s gym can be described as easy as that. It’s clean: You won’t find a more clean gym in the area. It’s charismatic: Iron weights, high quality surround sound, and a full length mirror wall gives you that old school feel with the perks of modern amenities. It’s capable: 24/7 member access, hand-picked equipment, and very friendly members. There’s everything you need to succeed here. Need a spot?
