I recently visited Popeyes and had an outstanding experience, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Carlos. From the moment I walked in, Carlos greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. His friendly demeanor and positive attitude were contagious, setting a great tone for the rest of my visit.

1st I tried to do an order online. When getting the email to confirm me it would redirect me and never got around to finishing my order. No worries. The location is close by. The staff may seem stressed and told me there is no coleslaw. No problem. I would have to wait for my chicken. Again not an issue. What I didn't appreciate is being disrespected when getting my order. I didn't appreciate the employees tone and practically being scolded by bringing my car by the front door since my food will not be ready during the drive thru line. I went at 2pm on February 8, so much went wrong!! I put in my order, the Dr Pepper was out, and they knew it, but they had not changed it, so I had to wait, they were out of chicken, so I waited about 20 to 25 minutes for my food. The entire restaurant was filled with smoke from frying the food I guess, people were complaining. While I was waiting, an employee was sitting at a table talking very loudly on her speakerphone talking aggressively about not having any money to pay someone money she owed. So I got to listen to her problems the entire 20 minutes I waited. Then a lady walks in and they talked, then they both walk out and the lady sells food from the back of her car.
