Lindsey's Office Furniture is an excellent family owned business. I was lured in by some of the insane deals they publish on Instagram and seriously doubted it could be as good as advertised. I also was hesitant when I learned some of their furniture is refurbished. Well I'm here to tell you I got the best deal (and I did TONS of research) on a height adjustable desk. I had always waited on getting one of these because I didn't want to gamble the expense on whether I would actually enjoy standing/sitting. This desk has changed my life. I've seen cheap versions of these that wobble, this desk has almost no wobble unless you intentionally try to shake it.
I think what separates a good company from a great one is how they handle mistakes. And there was an issue with my online order not being sent to their delivery people. I followed up after a week just in case I needed to arrange a time, etc. They apologized profusely via email. In a matter of an hour my phone was ringing and it was one of the brothers calling me personally to apologize and to inform me my desk is on the next truck out. You could tell how honestly they regretted this. That may not seem like a big deal, but to me it's everything. Read moreI happened across them gem while searching for furniture for my new home. The prices are great for the quality of the furniture, even the used stuff. The sales staff are all great, one even gave me his tape measure because mine is still in transit with my stuff. The management negotiated well and we agreed on a fair cash price. The delivery was prompt and the employees were EXTREMELY professional, moving slowly despite how heavy everything was, using blankets and even removed a door from it's hinges so my desk would fit in my room without damaging anything. They never rushed nor hit any walls and stuck around to mount shelves, remove tape and plug in all electric devices. Friendly too. I worked very closely with Gaby and Preston to get the layout just right for our cubicles, offices, breakrooms, conference rooms and lobby. When I got onsite a couple of the areas didn't look like they did on paper and the team happily made the adjustments to the layout per my request. The furniture came in as promised and even ahead of original date in some cases. Prices and quality were excellent. Again I can not express enough the customer service we received.
