My kids had a great time. We went for a birthday party and it was our first time there. Although, the venue and set up is awesome, I believe they might be short staffed. When we arrived to the office to get our bracelets, we waited over 10mins. No one was in the office during that entire time and honestly I couldn’t even tell who the employees were. I had already filled out the waiver online and saw the bracelets for our party so I grabbed the ones for the kids. Once we went to get on the ride, a younger lady asked me with an attitude if we had numbers on our bracelets. I told her no because no one was around to help so I grabbed them and put them on. She then told me rudely that I needed to sign a waiver first. I also told her to look me up because I had already signed a waiver online last week. Had I not signed the waiver I would not have grabbed the bracelets. Perhaps I should have waited, even though time for party was being wasted, but there’s no need to be rude and give me an attitude from the start. There’s nothing wrong with being polite. Especially if you’re trying to keep customers happy and gain more business. I asked for the lady’s name after she stormed off mumbling something with an attitude. She claimed her name was Zara. Personally if this is a family owned business, it would probably be best to not have that young lady working there. The three boys were nice and friendly with the kids. I cannot say the same for her. She doesn’t seem to enjoy her job.

I would love to return, however, I would prefer someone else who’s more pleasant to help...

This experience was glitch less from booking to hauling if off.

The guys who set up the slide had good attitudes and were accommodating as to the location I wanted it ( excess water run down my walkway to the street as opposed to in the grass)and they did a great job of accomplishing that. They were also conscious of safety , cords crossing side walks becoming a tripping hazard which is something we didn’t even think of. We really were impressed with there attentions to detail. The slide itself was really heavy duty , we ordered the tall steep fast one and it stood up for 10 straight hours of kids and adults. We have ordered many slides for the kids/grandkids over the years and jump and splash really stands out and will be our provider from here on out if things stay the same. Thank you jump and splash for making this portion of the party...
