They were really sweet and even gave us a sample to try. I would 100% recommend if you are craving tacos! This will hit the spot for you! I definitely will be back

Real, authentic, amazing traditional Mexican food from Monterrey!!! Those enchiladas you can find either in Monterrey or in Cinco de Mayo food truck!!! Potatoes fried with carrots brought me memories of my childhood! Can’t wait to eat there again soon!

At a recent motorcycle event, I stopped by their taco food truck and tried their elote and chicken quesadilla. The elote was delicious, with just the right amount of seasoning, and creamy toppings. The chicken quesadilla was packed with flavorful, well-seasoned chicken and melted cheese. Both dishes were fresh and delicious. After talking with the owner I found him to be very passionate about cooking and not only wanting to provide customers with a great meal but also at a great price. Mr Red Pepper (Mr Valdez) offers great mexican food that you would normally see in a nice Mexican restaurant but in a food truck. I would highly recommend using him as a catterer or just...
