Drama from office staff and in home care staff. As long as you work long hours long days. Office staff is happy. If you have a problem and talk to office staff you hear about it from other staff. Most of time can't keep staff to work in house. It's a hard house! 2 staff is scheduled to work in house during day. Which are 12 hour day. At times (days)I was left by my self with three men. Which one was almost total care. I made it 20 mo. The turnover rate is very high. Management informs you about state guild lines and things you are to document. If you do them they get upset; because they don't want state to know. Other employees don't do their documentation; you are ask to do it. It don't matter if you were working are not. The staff at the house I worked at. Staff was ask to do notes from 1/2017- 7/2017. Staff that had worked days were to do daily activities notes. They are sent to States so they can get paid. Notes were documented by staff that was not working in house. They were off. What kind of business practice is this. What are you saying to house staff...

Core is a great place for my niece. The staff treat her like family and she has had the opportunity to go on trips that she has never been on. She has become more independent on learning alot of technology she decides what she wants to do not what staff wants to do. Very good person centered company they always put the individuals first and I have seen 2 dreams come true for a special trip they want to go on. So yeah i would recommend...
